TechXhausted presents 🎪

The game show for the Open to Work.

A live game show and networking night built around the one thing everyone in the room has in common: the job hunt. Apply to a fake job with your real resume. Survive the room's votes. Pitch on stage. Face the panel. Win a job that does not exist. 🏆

The show 🎭

Half the room can see
what the other half can't.

The centerpiece is a mock hiring tournament. The room votes candidates through elimination rounds, survivors get sixty seconds to pitch themselves, and the finalists sit for a live panel interview. The panel holds the candidate's real resume and a set of loaded questions. The candidate secretly holds a list of invented workplace scandals they have to talk around. 🤫 That gap is where the comedy lives.

Underneath the bit, it's networking that actually works. The crowd hears real career summaries during voting, strangers sell themselves to a room of peers, and nobody has to cold-approach anyone. The show manufactures the introductions. The bar handles the follow-ups. 🍻

Your phone is the screen 📲

No downloads. No accounts.
Scan and you're in.

Everything runs in your phone's browser, live and in sync with the host. If the venue has a projector we put the big moments on the wall; if it doesn't, the entire show runs on phones and a microphone. 🎤

A night, start to finish 🌙

Two hours, host-paced.

🚪

Doors. Guests trickle in, join from their phones, size each other up.

🎬

Warmup. A short hosted bit plus anonymous live polls.

🏟️

The tournament. Applications open, two audience voting rounds, live pitches on a timer. ⏱️

🎙️

The panel. Finalists interviewed live in front of the room.

👑

The crowning. One winner, for a job that does not exist.

✂️ The fine print, in marker: the humor is workplace satire — layoffs, interview loops, corporate absurdity. Every scandal in the game is fictional and generated fresh per show. Nobody's real resume goes on screen without their approval from their own phone.
